Job Description

As a CRM Sportsbook Executive, you will play a central role in coordinating and executing Casino and Sports CRM activities. You’ll work with our Optimove and Mautic platforms to deliver exceptional campaigns and customer experiences. Your First 90 Days:

Ensure correct onboarding and setup of CRM infrastructure (Optimove & Mautic).

Map, setup, and test customer communication journeys across the player lifecycle.

Assess, document, and plan all customer communications.

Set up bonus templates and CRM mechanics in the back-office.

Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain the campaign calendar.

Ongoing Responsibilities:

Manage daily CRM activities across Sports, Casino, and Live Casino.

Compile content/creative briefs for campaign execution.

Ensure communication journeys are set up correctly and delivering as expected.

Organize segmentation lists for campaign execution.

QA and error-check communication setups and promotions.

Monitor key UX flows, flag issues, and follow up until resolution.

Analyze and report on campaign performance against benchmarks.

Work with Customer Support to brief on campaigns and resolve flagged issues.

Stay up to date with regulatory requirements and ensure compliance.

Who We’re Looking For:

Hands-on experience with iGaming CRM, preferably Optimove.

Native or near-native Dutch, with fluent English communication skills.

Analytical, strategic, and commercial mindset.

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.

Strong affinity with Dutch sports is a plus.

Proactive and willing to ask the right questions.
