Our Digital Marketing team is looking for a CRM Specialist to join our subsidiary in Hungary, who will work closely with various teams within marketing and our merchandizing team to streamline workflows and processes on our CRM platforms.

The CRM specialist will also work with our internal design and development teams to build and develop email and cross-channel marketing programs and create workflows for our existing database as user behavior evolves.

The Position is a maternity leave replacement with a fixed- term contract until 31st December 2026.

The ideal candidate should have experience working in cross functional roles, project management skills and the ability to manage the creation of emails from brief to launch.

Knowledge of workflows, triggered emails and experience with a CRM Software is a must.

WHAT ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES?

Work with our database to segment audiences, analyze customer behavior, and improve the quality of the database.

Create workflows designed to maximize revenue, based on data interpretation from Hubspot as well as emerging trends and insights from the market.

Coordinate with subsidiaries to ensure that guidelines and workflows are being respected. Also act as the point of contact for subsidiaries regarding any questions they have for Hubspot.

Make sure our data is up-to-date, clean and reliable.

Create weekly reports on email performance, unsubscribes, revenue and retention rate.

Troubleshoot errors and bugs within Hubspot in order to ensure that our CRM flows are working as expected and in tandem with each other.

Create dashboards on the campaign level, country level and product level and regional level in order to provide insights on the impact of marketing efforts.

Conduct trainings for onboarding new members of the team/subsidiaries onto Hubspot.

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?

Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in marketing, communications or related field.

1-3 years of experience in email marketing/digital design with a marketing automation system required.

Experience working with tools such as Hubspot, Power BI, Qlik or equivalent.

Experience in email marketing – specifically designed to enhance customer experience and increase revenue.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Any other Language will be considered a plus.

Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Experience or exposure to direct selling considered a plus.
