Ever wondered what it feels like to be a CRM (Siebel) Consultant in Netcompany? 

As a CRM (Siebel) Consultant, you will be a part of our highly skilled agile engineering teams working within large-scale transformation projects. You will be involved in the design, customization, integration, and maintenance of enterprise-scale CRM implementations that are applied mainly in the banking, telecommunications sector and more.

As a CRM (Siebel) Consultant you will:

• Support Siebel CRM Implementation and Customization: Assist in the configuration, customization, and deployment of Oracle Siebel CRM solutions in alignment with client business requirements and processes.
• Gather and interpret client data to identify opportunities for process optimization and system enhancement within Siebel CRM.
• Work closely with senior Siebel consultants, technical teams, and developers to ensure the successful and timely execution of CRM projects, from design to rollout.
• Participate in client meetings and workshops to collect detailed requirements, understand user needs, and incorporate client feedback into Siebel configurations and workflows.
• Investigate and resolve Siebel-related functional or technical issues, ensuring smooth operation and minimal business disruption.
• Support system and user acceptance testing, prepare functional documentation, and assist in user training sessions and post-go-live support.

What would make you a fit for the role:

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Siebel CRM or other enterprise CRM systems.
• Solid knowledge of SQL and JavaScript for queries, scripting, and data validation.
• Very Good knowledge of Oracle Siebel Tools, including configuration of Business Objects, Business Components, Applets, and Views.
• Understanding of Siebel Workflow, Assignment Manager, Business Services, and Run-Time Events (RTE). Exposure to Siebel Scripting (browser/server scripts using eScript or VBScript).
• Knowledge of Siebel Data Model, Repository configuration, and Repository Import/Export concepts.
• Basic understanding of Siebel EAI (Enterprise Application Integration) components such as Integration Objects, Web Services (SOAP/REST), and EAI Siebel Adapter.
• Familiarity with Siebel Open UI architecture, manifest administration, and customization of UI through HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Strong logical thinking and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent command of English, both written and oral.

It would also be a plus if you match some of the following:

• Familiarity with Oracle Siebel architecture and data model.
• Exposure to CRM analytics, EAI, or Open UI customization.
• Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS) and REST/SOAP integrations.
