Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented CRM QA Specialist to test and validate all CRM activities across our online casino platform. If you understand how bonuses, campaigns, and player flows actually work (not just how they look), and you can catch issues before they hit production - this role is for you. You will have direct impact on live player experience, retention, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

Test bonuses end-to-end (trigger, calculation, wagering, limits, expiry).

Validate CRM flows (triggers, timing, segmentation, logic).

QA campaigns (visibility, targeting, redirects, bonus crediting).

Test loyalty systems (points, tiers, rewards).

Validate gamification features (missions, progress, store, rewards).

Test email / SMS / push delivery, targeting, and personalization.

Validate links, redirects, and tracking.

Validate promotions displayed on the site (correct banners, pages, visibility).

Check promotion content (texts, T&Cs, bonus details, accuracy).

Ensure consistency between CRM setup and site content.

Verify links, redirects, and landing pages.

Test localization (languages, currencies, market-specific content).

Confirm promotions are shown to the correct users/segments.

Required Experience:

1+ years as a QA in iGaming / CRM (non negotiable).

Strong understanding of bonuses, segmentation, and campaign logic.

Experience with QA tools (JIRA, TestRail, etc.).

Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.

Good proficiency of English (written and verbal).
