You will oversee an engineering team of .NET / MSD software engineers and experts. The mission of the team is to develop and maintain .NET based application, Swissquote‘s CRM, based on Microsoft Dynamics,  and it’s different modules for Marketing (Customer Insights), Customer Care (Customer Service), and Sales. At the heart of our client activities, you will be in direct communication with our stakeholders, partners and other SWE teams.

Responsibilities 

• Direct management of a team of software engineers and experts
• Accountable for the successful deliveries of the team 
• Organize and plan all team activities upon the principles of agile software methodology 
• Evaluate the efficiency of your team upon its technical and/or business knowledge needed to fulfil its mission 
• Monitor and address the required technical investment upon the department guidelines 
• Foster the collaboration with the departments that are stakeholders to your team 
• Grow the team members and ensure their personal development plan 
• Perform regular and annual individual assessment
• Hire great talent and integrate them successfully in the team 

• Educational background: Bachelor or Master in Computer Science or equivalent 
• Experience in managing projects 
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 
• Experience with agile methodologies 
• Fluent in English 
• Excellent communication and leadership skills 
• Eager to lead by example
• Knowledge of software developement .NET is a plus
