At The Trading Pit, we’re on a mission to empower talented traders to achieve financial independence.
We’re looking for an experienced Lifecycle Marketing & Automation Specialist to design, execute, and optimize automated customer journeys with HubSpot at the core.
What you’ll do
Build, manage, and optimize automated lifecycle journeys in HubSpot (welcome, onboarding, abandoned cart, post-purchase, reactivation).
Execute email and multi-channel marketing automation campaigns aligned with lifecycle stages.
Develop nurturing programs that shorten time-to-purchase, improve lead-to-client conversion, and support a smooth customer journey.
Use segmentation, customer data, and behavioral triggers to deliver relevant, personalized communications.
Monitor lifecycle performance and analyze key metrics (open rates, CTR, conversion, retention, LTV, time to purchase).
Maintain CRM hygiene and technical setup: workflows, properties, lifecycle stages, lead scoring, compliance, and deliverability.
Support customer retention and churn reduction through educational, post-purchase, and engagement-focused communications.
What we’re looking for
5+ years of experience in Lifecycle Marketing / CRM / Marketing Automation, ideally in B2C fintech or e-commerce.
Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot automation, segmentation, and reporting.
Proven ability to build and optimize impactful lifecycle campaigns with measurable results.
Fluent English; Spanish is a plus.
