Job Overview
We are looking for a results-driven CRM & Lead Generation Specialist to drive high-quality leads through SEO, paid advertising, marketing automation, and CRM management. You will execute marketing campaigns, manage digital funnels, maintain CRM data integrity, and support sales growth through structured lead generation strategies.
This role is ideal for a highly analytical and creative marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute inbound lead generation strategies focused on SEO and organic growth
Plan, launch, and optimize paid ads (Google, LinkedIn, etc.)
Manage CRM data, segmentation, and lead scoring (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
Conduct outreach via email and social channels to generate leads
Develop lead magnets and automated nurture sequences
Track and report on CPL, CPA, ROAS, MQLs, and campaign performance
Write SEO-optimized blogs and marketing content
Create and optimize landing pages with A/B testing
Design digital marketing assets (social, email, web) using Canva/Adobe
Manage website updates and social media scheduling
Execute marketing plans aligned with business goals
Conduct market research and identify growth opportunities
Collaborate with recruitment, sales, and operations teams
Ensure accurate reporting, documentation, and process compliance
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field with at least 3 years of proven experience in lead generation and digital marketing
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and paid advertising campaigns, with experience creating blogs, landing pages, and email campaigns
Familiarity with marketing automation tools and Google Analytics
Analytical with solid reporting and performance tracking abilities
Experience in lead qualification and database management
Proficient in Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite
Strong writing and communication skills, highly organized with excellent time management, and able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Willing to work in the office full-time at Arcovia City, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City. (Monday - Friday, Morning Shift)
