We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced CRM Implementation Specialist to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and customizing CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software systems to meet the needs of our clients organization. You will work closely with clients teams to understand business requirements and translate them into CRM solutions that drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Lead the implementation of CRM software systems, including configuration, customization, and integration with existing systems.
Collaborate with teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve customer engagement and retention.
Train employees on how to use the CRM system effectively.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the CRM system.
Stay up-to-date with CRM trends and best practices.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience implementing CRM software systems.
Strong knowledge of CRM platforms, such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, GHL, Monday.com
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
CRM certification is a plus.
The Details:
This position is full-time, and remote from Monday to Friday.
Standard work hours are 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. EST (New York time zone)
The salary range for this is dependent on location, experience, and skills.
