Role overview
We are a fast-growing online forex broker seeking a CRM / Email Marketing Specialist who will independently own our email marketing channel: strategy, setup, execution, analytics, and continuous optimization. You will build and develop lifecycle communication that turns leads into active, depositing traders and improves activation, retention, and reactivation metrics across key markets.
Key responsibilities
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns (newsletters, promos, educational sequences, reactivation) aligned with business and trading calendars.
Plan and launch automated lifecycle flows (trigger emails) (welcome, KYC completion, first deposit, reactivation, win‑back, cross‑sell) and continuously improve them.
Segment audiences by behavior and attributes (lead status, KYC, FTD, trading activity, region, language) to increase relevance and conversion rates.
Create or coordinate email copy and briefs for designers, ensuring consistent tone of voice, mobile‑friendly layouts, and proper risk/compliance wording for forex.
Set up, test, and send campaigns in the ESP/CRM (templates, personalization, dynamic content, send‑time optimization).
Design and run A/B tests (subject lines, content, CTAs, send times, flows) and manage a testing roadmap focused on improving OR, CTR, CR, and revenue/FTD.
Own analytics for email: monitor deliverability, opens, clicks, conversions, unsubscribes, spam complaints, and list health; report on performance and trends.
Work with data/analytics to ensure accurate tracking across ESP, CRM, web analytics (e.g., GA4, UTM structure, events) and BI.
Maintain clean, compliant databases (consent, GDPR, unsubscribes) and grow the list via forms, funnels, and in‑product touchpoints.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and brand teams to align messaging across channels and support key campaigns and launches.
Stay up to date on email and CRM best practices (automation, personalization, deliverability, regulations) and introduce new tactics/tools.
Requirements
2–4+ years of hands‑on experience in email marketing / CRM, in fintech/forex/crypto environments.
Strong experience with at least one email/marketing automation platform (e.g., HubSpot, Braze, Klaviyo, SendGrid, Mailchimp, or similar).
Proven track record of improving key email KPIs (open rate, CTR, conversion rate, revenue per send, churn/retention metrics).
Confident in audience segmentation, list management, and building automated workflows.
Solid analytical skills, ability to interpret data and translate insights into concrete tests and optimizations.
Good written English and strong attention to detail in copy, links, and QA.
Understanding of email deliverability, consent management, GDPR, and best practices for sender reputation.
Experience
working closely with designers and product/marketing teams to ship campaigns on time.
