We are on the lookout for a CRM Content Team Lead to join our Content Department.
Key Responsibilities:
• Be responsible for the stability and quality of CRM content production processes.
• Coordinate the work of a multilingual team of writers and editors (20+ people) involved in creating CRM content.
• Ensure the quality of content for CRM campaigns, including promotions, bonus offers, and communications (email, push, in-app, etc.).
• Provide regular feedback to writers and editors and participate in mentoring and supporting the team’s development.
• Participate in task distribution and workload planning for the team.
• Collaborate with CRM managers and participate in task discussions.
• Analyze recurring issues in content and workflows, identify root causes, and propose solutions to prevent similar problems in the future.
• Optimize CRM content production processes and contribute to their continuous improvement.
• Monitor content quality metrics and analyze recurring errors.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and performance reviews of writers.
• Research and implement tools that improve content production efficiency, including AI-based solutions.
• Work with team tools: Jira Cloud, Slack, Google Docs.
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience working with marketing or CRM content, including experience coordinating writers or editors.
• Experience managing a team or participating in content team management.
• English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
• Fluent Russian.
• Experience working with a high volume of content and tasks.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple parallel tasks.
• System thinking and the ability to analyze content production processes.
• Experience working with and optimising content production workflows.
• Proactive mindset and willingness to suggest process improvements.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid format.
Nice to have:
• Experience with CRM content (email, push, in-app communications).
• Experience implementing AI tools in content production workflows.
• Experience working in multilingual teams.
• Experience creating Google Docs tools or extensions that help optimize content workflows.
