We are looking for a CRM Communications Associate to support the implementation of CRM communications within the Fast Track CRM platform.
The role sits within CRM Operations, part of the Customer Lifecycle & Retention (CLR) department.
The position focuses on the operational setup, formatting, and quality assurance of CRM communications, including Email and On-Site Notifications (Inbox).
This role does not involve writing marketing content. All communication text and translations are provided by the Copy & Translation team. The Junior CRM Communications Executive ensures this content is correctly implemented within CRM communications.
Key Responsibilities
CRM Communications Setup
- Assist in configuring Email and On-Site Notifications in Fast Track CRM.
- Implement campaign communications using content provided by the Copy & Translation team.
- Ensure correct layout, formatting, and structure of communications.
Campaign Support
- Support the configuration of CRM communications based on campaign briefs.
- Prepare communications so they are ready for QA review and handover for deployment.
Content QA
- Perform quality checks before communications are handed over for deployment.
- Verify message formatting, links, localization placement, and promotional references.
Cross-Team Collaboration
Work with teams across CLR including CRM Casino, CRM Sports, CRM Operations (Bonus Department), Copy & Translation, and Design.
Requirements
- 1–2 years experience in CRM operations, digital marketing, or content management.
- Excellent written and verbal English.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and campaigns simultaneously.
- Experience in iGaming or CRM marketing environments.
- Familiarity with Fast Track CRM.
- Basic understanding of customer lifecycle marketing.
