About the Role
As our CRM Campaign Coordinator, you are a key architect of the fan journey. You’ll work with leading marketing technology to execute high-impact campaigns across all genres. Your mission is to connect fans with the experiences they love, using our owned channels to turn a simple message into a shared memory
Requirements:
What does a day in the life look like?
• Create, schedule, and execute customer facing marketing campaigns and event day communications across different channels in-line with the SPAM Act.
• Write exciting and engaging copy that drives ticket sales, audience growth, and customer retention.
• Coordinate with internal teams to collect and organize event details, promotions, and campaign content.
• Target relevant audiences and utilize A/B testing to optimize subject lines, CTAs, and messaging.
• Provide post-campaign reporting and insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor and evaluate channel activity against benchmarks to identify optimization opportunities.
• Maintain best practices by keeping up to date with industry news and ensuring all content meets channel standards.
• Contribute creative ideas to strengthen marketing initiatives and improve internal processes.
About You:
What are we looking for?
• A degree in Marketing, or 1 year experience in a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and well developed time management skills to manage multiple deadlines.
• Basic HTML and image manipulation skills using Canva and Photoshop.
• Strong written skills with proven experience creating unique content and copywriting with a knack for writing persuasive and engaging content.
• Working knowledge of Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management platforms such as Monday.com
• Experience using an email marketing platform or an understanding of customer segmentation preferred. Proficiency using Braze is a strong advantage.
• An understanding of privacy policies and the SPAM Act.
