Job Description

• betreust und unterstützt du unsere Key User und wirkst aktiv am Wissensaufbau (Guides, Schulungen, Best Practices) rund um das CRM Salesforce mit

• stellst du den stabilen, effizienten Betrieb unseres CRM-Systems Salesforce sicher und unterstützt bei der Systemüberwachung

• bearbeitest und priorisierst du 1st- und 2nd-Level-Anfragen und leitest komplexere Supportfälle an Entwickler weiter

• übernimmst du administrative Aufgaben in Salesforce und unterstützt bei technischen Lösungsarbeiten und Weiterentwicklungen

• erstellst du Reports und Dashboards und trägst so zu datenbasierten Entscheidungen bei

• arbeitest du in CRM-bezogenen Projekten mit und unterstützt bei der Einführung neuer Salesforce-Funktionen

• hilfst du bei Release-, Deployment- und Testprozessen sowie bei der Pflege technischer Dokumentationen mit
