Moxy wurde designt, um die rasant wachsende Zahl der Reisenden der nächsten Generation einzufangen. Wir kombinieren stylisches Design, aufgeschlossenen Service, neueste Technologie und einen bezahlbaren Preis. Das ist der neue Weg des Reisens!

Das Hotel Moxy Metzingen befindet sich inmitten der Outletcity Metzingen, in welcher über 150 Mode und Lifestyle Marken vertreten sind. Das Moxy mit 203 Doppelzimmern und einer stilvollen Bar hat im Herbst 2023 eröffnet.

DEINE AUFGABEN:

• Stetige Optimierung und Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Arbeitsablaufs am Front Office und die Bar

• Aktive Unterstützung des Teams im täglichen Geschäft (Check-In, Check-Out, Getränke und kleine Speisen vorzubereiten und bedienen, Kassenführung, usw.)

• Strategische und administrative Aufgaben im Backoffice sowie operative Tätigkeiten und Führung am Bar und Empfang

• Professioneller Umgang mit Gäste feedback und Beschwerdemanagement

• Motivation, Führung und Entwicklung des Teams

• Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeiter:innen

• Dienstplan- und Urlaubsplanung ist Teil dein
