The Role - Entry level role 

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive team player who’s keen to build a career in Credit. You’ll bring a strong understanding of the loan application process and a passion for getting things right the first time. This role is perfect for someone who’s eager to step into the Credit space and grow their expertise in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

What you'll do

Deliver packaged loan applications to the credit assessment team to ensure efficient processing. This includes but is not limited to:

Packaging of loan applications ready for credit assessment

Ordering title searches, ABN searches and company searches

Basic KYC activities

Ordering, following-up and retrieval of valuations

Monitoring email inboxes

Preparing basic manual letters

Manage a pipeline of applications to ensure they flow through as efficiently to credit assessors

Working hand in hand with our credit assessment teams to achieve the best outcome for customers/brokers

Ensure all risk and compliance standards are maintained

Who are we looking for?

You’re motivated to build a career in credit and lending, and keen to learn the ropes.

You bring strong attention to detail, accuracy in your work, and a positive attitude.

You’re comfortable communicating professionally with clients and colleagues.

You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoy being part of a fun, energetic team.

You have basic knowledge or a keen interest in learning about home loan processing and credit workflows.
