We are looking for a Credit Support Coordinator to join the Real Estate Lending team. This is a full-time in office role located in London, Ontario. 

 

As a Credit Support Coordinator, you will provide operational support for lending and credit activities within the Real Estate Lending department. Your responsibilities will include preparing and reviewing credit, loan, and security documentation while ensuring that transactions meet approved credit terms and regulatory requirements. You will coordinate with internal teams, external partners, and clients to gather required information and support the smooth execution of lending activities.  

 

Primary Responsibilities include: 

Prepare credit amendments, Letters of Credit, and required documentation for approved credit applications. 

Manage loan drawdowns by maintaining worksheets and preparing advance memorandums. 

Complete compliance checks to ensure that all conditions are met before funds are released. 

Review third-party and insurance documentation, ensuring accuracy and alignment with credit terms. 

Maintain tracking spreadsheets for real estate lot/unit closings and process payout statements. 

Liaise with clients, solicitors, and external partners to resolve documentation or security issues. 

Review security documentation and support account managers in correcting any deficiencies. 

Other duties assigned within Lending and Credit operations. 

 

What we look for: 

Post-secondary degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience. 

2-3 years of previous experience in the banking or financial services industry preferred.  

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word and Excel. 

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively. 

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. 

Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
