Credit Reporting Staff

This position key role is to preparing and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of regulatory reports to Bank Indonesia (BI) and the Financial Services Authority (OJK). The role involves gathering and reviewing data from various departments, verifying figures, and preparing credit-related and other regulatory reports. It also includes maintaining report documentation and supporting ad hoc regulatory projects—such as implementing new regulations from OJK or BI—to ensure smooth execution.

Job Description::
• Prepare and deliver credit reports to regulators (OJK, BI) accurately and on time.
• Provide credit data and reports for internal use and stakeholders’ needs.
• Recommend and implement improvements in reporting and control processes, including automation initiatives.
• Stay updated on the latest regulatory requirements and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure compliance and necessary system or process adjustments.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks and reporting requests as assigned.

Requirements::
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in regulatory reporting or a related area.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools; familiarity with regulatory reporting standards and requirements.
• Experience in preparing reports for Bank Indonesia (BI) and the Financial Services Authority (OJK) is highly desirable.
• Good communication and coordination skills to work effectively across departments.
