Credit Control Administrator
About the Role:
Our London-based property management company is looking for a Credit Control Administrator to join our growing team in South Africa. In this remote role, you will support our London office by managing credit control administrative processes and assisting the wider team with client queries and daily operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage shared credit control email inboxes and telephone lines
Sort and distribute incoming emails to relevant team members
Maintain accurate and up-to-date email filing systems daily
Respond to general client queries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
Handle basic client issues efficiently and escalate more complex matters where necessary
Escalate queries to Property Managers or appropriate credit control team members
Assist with setting up monthly payment plans as directed by senior team members
Record and update all client communications accurately on internal systems (e.g. Blocks Online)
Update solicitor cases as new information becomes available
Process administration charges as instructed
Provide administrative support to team members, including covering duties during leave
Assist senior team members with ad hoc administrative tasks
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Administrator in a fast-paced environment
Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and within a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and general computer systems

Benefits:
Salary: R14 000 per month
Working Hours: 9am to 6pm (SA time), Monday to Friday, with a 60-minute lunch break
Leave: 15 days of annual leave plus South African Public Holidays
Please Note:
Applicants must be based in the Cape Town/Winelands area or nearby, with the ability to attend occasional in-person meetings in Stellenbosch. A stable internet connection is essential, particularly during periods of load shedding.
