The Credit Analyst is responsible for conducting credit assessments, evaluating the creditworthiness of our customers with a fundamental approach; preparing a well-argued report with a credit limit and a credit rating recommendation in English; creating and maintaining control of the limits, ratings and collaterals approved; supporting the administration of the portfolio, through an active monitoring of the customers’ performance and exposure; ensuring all relevant documentation is in place.
KEY ACTIVITIES
Analyze a portfolio of clients among different sectors throughout the Agribusiness and Energy segments
Credit and financial analysis of individual clients, writing and preparing credit files through a fundamental,
risk-oriented approach
Recommend credit ratings for internal clients, taking into consideration quantitative and qualitative aspects
Work with the other analysts and the Credit Manager during the preparation of the credit analysis
Support the onboarding process by preparing a credit file for clients being onboarded
Update and prepare sectorial reviews
Presenting your analysis to the team
Monitoring your portfolio of clients through different sets of tools
Ad Hoc duties required by the Credit department
QUALIFICATIONS
Education (Degree / Area)
B.S. or higher in Business, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or other business-related Degrees.
Experience
Experience in a financial institution (bank, brokerage, exchange house, investment fund, or consulting firm).
Background in the financial services industry, with exposure to financial and capital markets and/or the agribusiness sector.
Knowledge
Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint advanced knowledge.
TECHNICAL SKILLS
Essential:
Analytical skills
Accounting, Credit, and Financial analysis
Corporate finance
Knowledge in the use of technological tools, including N8N, BI platforms, PowerAutomate, among others.
Preferred:
Commodities (Agribusiness and/or Energy)

Advanced English

São Paulo, SP - Up to twice a week at the base office in Vila Olimpia Office - SP. (Hybrid)
