Salary range: Php 100,000/month (The final amount will be at the the client discretion basing on the candidate’s skills and experience.)
Working Hours: Folling AU business hours
Work set-up: 100% Remote work under Independent Contractor Agreement

The Opportunity
This is a hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist role with ownership across core performance and retention marketing channels. The position is highly execution-focused and best suited to a marketer who can independently manage end-to-end campaign delivery—from strategy and creative development through to execution and optimisation.
The successful candidate will work closely with the business owner and contribute across multiple eCommerce brands under the same portfolio, supporting broader digital marketing initiatives and growth objectives.
The role will play a key part in driving customer acquisition, increasing repeat purchases, and improving overall eCommerce performance through data-driven marketing initiatives.

Role Overview
The Credit Analyst is responsible for assessing client financial profiles, determining borrowing capacity, and ensuring loan applications align with lender policies and regulatory requirements. The role works closely with brokers and lenders to structure applications, manage credit risk, and support successful loan outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
• Analyse client financial information including income, expenses, liabilities, and assets
• Assess borrowing capacity and determine suitable loan products across multiple lenders
• Prepare, structure, and review loan applications prior to submission
• Identify credit risks and provide clear recommendations to support lending decisions
• Liaise with lenders, brokers, and clients to obtain and verify required documentation
• Ensure all applications comply with lending policies, credit guidelines, and regulatory standards
• Maintain accurate records and track application progress within CRM and loan systems
• Manage multiple loan applications simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Support brokers with lender policy interpretation and scenario analysis

• Loan processing platforms (e.g., Infinity, ApplyOnline, Mercury, Flex, AOL)
• CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Quickli, broker-specific CRMs)
• Microsoft Excel (advanced) and Google Sheets
• Document management systems (SharePoint, Google Drive, Dropbox)
• Credit reporting agencies (Equifax, Illion, Experian)
• Communication tools (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Outlook)
• Workflow/project tools (Monday.com, Asana, Trello)
Requirements:
Skills & Experience
• Experience in mortgage broking, banking, financial services, or credit analysis
• Strong understanding of residential lending policies and credit assessment processes
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and compliance
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with aggregator platforms and lender systems is an advantage
