Credentialing Specialist in Richardson, TX

Pay: $15.00/ hour

JOB DUTIES:

Ensure required provider data is accurate prior to committee review.

Audit, monitor and report data needed to perform defined credentialing activities for

Network participation

Regulatory agencies

Internal policies and procedures. 

Ensure required documentation for network participation is collected and current at time of committee determination.

Ensure approved providers loaded timely for network participation.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Years of experience (minimum/maximum): 3 years of related experience

Required education: High School

*9 months credentialing, provider services production or customer service experience

*PC experience to include Windows, Word, Excel, and business databases

*Strong verbal and written communication skills

*Organizational skills and decision-making ability

*Ability to multi-task

PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS

*Access experience

*Knowledge and understanding of NCQA/MCO/CVO guidelines and requirements

*Knowledge of RNPS and PIP or similar provider databases
