Here, you'll have the opportunity to dive into the world of global influencers. We collaborate with creators, big and small, across platforms like YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, Instagram, Podcasts, Afreeca TV, and Chzzk. As part of our team, you'll have the freedom to explore creative approaches and grow your negotiating skills while talking to rising stars or top podcasters. What could be better than that?!

If you want to::
•
Proactively source, vet, and connect with high-performing short-form content creators globally;

•
Develop tailored strategies for each short-form content platform (e.g., Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) that leverage their unique features and audience behaviors;

•
Run content approvals by providing creative feedback on hooks, pacing, and calls-to-action to optimize video performance;

•
Build and manage long-term relationships with creators and talent agencies;

•
Lead negotiations for creator rates, deliverables, exclusivity, and content usage rights;

•
Monitor and analyze campaign costs and results, focusing on ROI and performance metrics to optimize budgets;

•
Collaborate closely with cross-functional digital marketing teams to ensure accurate representation of product updates and integrate creator content into wider campaigns.

Experience of high-impact experience managing end-to-end influencer campaigns or creator partnerships;

Proven relationship-building skills with a natural ability to connect with creators and turn one-off collaborations into long-term brand ambassadors;

Excellent communication skills with the ability to confidently pitch and negotiate with creators and agencies;

•
Native understanding of the short-form video ecosystem, primarily Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts;

Strong commercial acumen, advanced negotiation skills, and a data-driven personality;

Ability to work autonomously and manage budgets effectively;

Excellent English skills.
