About the Role
We’re looking for a Creator Partnerships Manager to own and scale our creator pipeline end-to-end. This role blends creative instinct with strong operational execution — ideal for someone who lives and breathes short-form content while also thriving on structure, systems, and measurable results.
You will be responsible for discovering and building relationships with creators (primarily on TikTok and other short-form platforms), managing them through affiliate and retainer programs, and collaborating with the marketing team to turn high-performing creators into long-term paid partnerships and advertising collaborators.
What You’ll Do
Creator Sourcing & Onboarding
• Identify, vet, and recruit creators aligned with brand and campaign goals
• Build a consistent pipeline of emerging and high-potential talent
• Manage outreach, negotiations, and onboarding processes
Creator Lifecycle Management
• Oversee the full creator journey from initial contact through content delivery
• Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with creators to ensure consistency and quality
• Handle agreements, contracts, and communication across programs
Program Operations
• Build and manage scalable affiliate and retainer programs
• Oversee product seeding, sample coordination, and operational logistics
• Create repeatable systems for creator communication and workflow tracking
Performance & Growth
• Track creator performance metrics including engagement, conversions, and ROI
• Report on campaign outcomes and identify opportunities to scale winning partnerships
• Work with internal marketing teams to elevate top creators into paid partnerships and ad campaigns
Process Optimization
• Continuously refine systems for creator management, content quality control, and reporting
• Improve operational efficiency as the creator program scales
Requirements:
Who You Are
• Experienced in influencer or creator partnerships, especially in short-form video ecosystems
• Deep understanding of creator culture, trends, and platform dynamics
• Highly organized and process-oriented — you enjoy building systems that scale
• Strong relationship builder with negotiation and communication skills
• Analytical and comfortable tracking performance data
• Self-starter with strong initiative and the ability to spot rising talent early
Nice to Have
• Experience managing affiliate or ambassador programs
• Familiarity with influencer marketing tools such as Grin, Aspire, Upfluence, or similar
• Understanding of paid social and performance marketing
