Job Title: Creator Partnerships Lead
Job Type: Part-time / Contract ( 20–25 hours per week)
Location: Remote
Job Overview:
We’re helping our client, a fast-growing beauty and lifestyle brand, find a Creator Partnerships Lead to build and scale a high-volume creator seeding and affiliate program.
In this role, you will own the end-to-end creator partnership system, covering creator sourcing, product seeding, content pipelines, and performance tracking, while contributing directly to revenue growth through TikTok Shop and creator-led commerce.
Responsibilities:
• Design and launch a scalable creator sourcing and product seeding system using creator marketplaces and third-party tools
• Build and manage a TikTok Shop–focused creator and affiliate program
• Scale product seeding to 1,000–3,000 units per month while maintaining content quality
• Secure usage rights and feed high-performing UGC into paid media channels
• Track creator content performance across TikTok Shop, Amazon, and paid social
• Analyze ROI from products seeded to revenue generated and report on performance
• Build and document systems, SOPs, and playbooks for long-term scalability
• Lead and direct a VA support team handling outreach execution, logistics, and tracking
• Develop long-term creator relationships and tiered partnership structures
• Support moments-based campaigns and platform expansion beyond TikTok
Requirements:
Must-Have:
• 5+ years of experience building and scaling influencer or creator partnership programs
• Proven experience with TikTok Shop or similar creator marketplace platforms
• Hands-on experience managing large-scale product seeding programs (1,000+ creators)
• Strong understanding of UGC content systems, rights management, and performance tracking
• Demonstrated ability to design scalable processes and systems others can execute
Nice-to-Have:
• Experience in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands
• Background working with niche or community-driven audiences
• Experience scaling a creator program from launch to maturity
• Experience managing remote teams or VAs
• Familiarity with creator CRM tools and AI-driven content workflows
