With a creative, data-driven approach, we help our clients position their brands successfully across relevant channels. Our Creator Marketing Team is looking for local support in Amsterdam – working on exciting projects for a well-known fashion brand and international clients, from strategic planning to hands-on execution.

Campaign Leadership & Execution

You will lead creator marketing campaigns from planning and execution to reporting. You’ll always keep the defined goals in focus and present meaningful results to the client. You ensure all activities are on-brand and that KPIs are met – or ideally, exceeded.

Creator & Management Relations

You already bring strong relationships with local talent and creator managements and know how to nurture and strategically develop them through regular personal interaction. You build sustainable, brand-aligned partnerships with enthusiasm, always aiming to maximize reach and impact for our brands.

Strategic Thinking & Creativity

You develop tailored creator strategies with a clear focus on brand identity and audience needs. You bring creative ideas to strengthen and evolve the brand profile, identify relevant creator personas, and stay ahead of emerging trends, platforms, and formats to derive innovative campaign concepts.

Data Analysis & Optimization

You continuously analyze performance data and social media insights to make informed decisions on campaign strategies and tactics. You monitor creator and campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities, and actively contribute to the ongoing development of our marketing initiatives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

You work closely with internal stakeholders – such as Client Consulting, Strategy, Creative, Production and Media – to ensure all campaign elements are executed consistently and align with the overall brand message.

Networking & Partnerships

You build and maintain strong, on-brand partnerships with creators, managements, and platforms to enhance reach and brand impact sustainably.

Team Leadership & Mentoring

You delegate tasks effectively to junior and mid-level team members and coordinate with the Lead when needed. With your ability to motivate, prioritize, and foster constructive collaboration, you play a key role in driving team performance.

Growth & Development

You share your expertise through internal trainings and workshops, strengthening both the strategic understanding and operational competence of your colleagues in creator marketing.

YOU::
Career
You bring solid experience in creator marketing (at least 3 years) and have planned, managed, and successfully executed projects independently.

Social Media
You are digitally savvy, well-versed in platforms such as Instagram and TikTok, and quick to identify emerging trends and cross-channel mechanics.

Creator & Influencer Relations
You have an existing network of talents, creators, and managements. You are open, communicative, and enthusiastic, skilled at building new connections, maintaining strong relationships, and using them strategically and sustainably.

Skill Set

• Strong expertise in digital marketing, particularly in creator marketing

• Confident handling, analysis, and evaluation of relevant KPIs

• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to oversee multiple campaigns and set clear priorities

• Outstanding organizational and communication skills

• Experience in creating compelling presentations and proficiency with common tools

Languages

Fluent Dutch, English and ideally also German, written and spoken, are required.
