RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a Creative Writing Intern (f, m, x) to join our team in Berlin, Germany. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape compelling narratives, support strategic storytelling, and contribute to purpose-driven projects. You will collaborate with creatives, strategists, and consultants to craft impactful messaging for a diverse range of clients. And someone who is interested in

Strategic Storytelling: Assist in crafting narratives that inspire action, deepen engagement, and bring purpose to life.

Content Creation: Research, write, and refine content for client presentations, workshops, reports, social media, and marketing materials.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to contribute creative solutions to project objectives.

Brand Alignment: Ensure all written work reflects BCG BrightHouse and client brand guidelines with clarity.

Education: Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field such as Journalism, Communication, Creative Writing, Marketing, or a related discipline.

Portfolio, a publicly accessible portfolio showcasing creative writing, including poetry, blog posts, fiction, or non-fiction (journalistic articles with a creative slant are also welcome). Ensure privacy settings allow access before submitting.

Writing & Storytelling: Strong writing skills with a keen eye for storytelling, creativity, and detail.

Research & Analysis: Ability to conduct research and synthesize insights to support content development.

Experience: Previous internships, freelance work, or academic projects are a plus.

Language Skills: Fluent German (native level preferred) and very good English proficiency.

Work Style: Independent, structured, and service-oriented approach.

Passion: Genuine interest in purpose-driven work and creating positive impact.
