RR Donnelley is adding a Creative Workflow Coordinator to their Presentation Design team supporting an Investment Banking Client in New York City! 
This position will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our client, providing excellent customer service and giving clear communication of client expectations.
Responsibilities include:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming presentations requests to the department for various projects such as:• PowerPoint Presentation Design requests
• Word Document formation and styling
• PDF to PowerPoint conversion
• Image recreation
• Chart recreation
• 3D Isometric Design
• Coordinate, assign, distribute, prioritize, track and expedite workload to the Presentations Team.
• Communicate with requesters to gather detailed information to better understand the nature and requirements of assignments.
• Gather missing spreadsheets, documents, photos, information etc. to ensure that the presentations team has all the resources necessary to complete the job.
• Analyze requests to determine how tasks should be performed and engage the appropriate resources for completion.
• Direct requests to proper resources and coordinate.
• Assist with quality control during heavy volume periods.
• Deliver projects within a reasonable, negotiated timeframe.
• Perform other related duties and assist with special projects as assigned.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of all firm-supported software packages.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of relevant work experience required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and meet pressing deadlines.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of Adobe Suite
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Extremely detailed oriented.
• Flexibility to work overtime as required.
• Prior document processing experience in a team environment preferred.
• Prior experience in the financial sector preferred.
The salary range for this role at the noted RRD location is $31.25 - $33.66/ hour. Starting pay decisions are determined based on multiple factors including but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, skills, experience, certifications, proficiency, performance, shift, location, and other business needs. Typically, roles follow step progressions to a target rate or set increments over time. Depending on the role, in addition to the hourly rate of pay, the total compensation package may also include  overtime, shift differential, call-in, and/or stand-by pay.
