We're looking for a creative thinker who can turn high-level ideas into strong, performance-driven video concepts. This is a growth-oriented creative role where ideas matter only if they perform- creating innovative videos that capture attention, accelerate acquisition, and continually improve through testing and iteration..

The ideal candidate combines strategic ideation with hands-on production skills with a passion for creating impactful and results-driven video content.

Responsibilities

• Own the full marketing video pipeline- from ideation and briefing to production, animation, editing, and final delivery.

• Produce high-performing 2D and 3D videos, including animations, video editing, and visual optimization for multi-channel campaigns.

• Create social video content tailored for all marketing channels and formats.

• Use generative AI tools to accelerate production, enhance quality, and support creative innovation.

• Collaborate with UA, Growth, and external partners to scale creative output and performance.

• Edit, animate, and optimize assets to maximize engagement and acquisition results across platforms.

ֿRequirements

• Highly creative thinker with the ability to develop strong, performance-driven video concepts.

• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (PS, AI, AE) and major AE plugins.

• Experience with 3D tools (Blender/C4D/Maya) — an advantage.

• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience in gaming, creative management, Unity, or UA metrics — big plus.
