Creative Traffic Manager

We are seeking a Creative Traffic Manager with a love for contemporary creative ideas to join our team. 

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for traffic management of the creative department, as well as oversee freelance recruitment as required. By being in the detail of projects, will also ensure billability and utilisation of all Akcelo staff. 

Key responsibilities:

Manage traffic for the Creative Department

Manage recruiter relationships and help build and scale the creative team

Support Creatives in meeting their deadlines and reviews

Liaise with Account Service to have a holistic view of all current and future creative timelines / pipeline 

Check all briefs for timings and budget information prior to project kick offs

Identify potential resources issues and bottlenecks and plan contingencies

Work with Account Service to maximise resource utilisation

Help to manage, support and wrangle creative pitches

Help unpack briefs and make sure the CDs have approved before briefing a team

Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple fast-moving projects simultaneously without losing attention to detail

Proven experience in traffic, resource or project management within a creative agency and/or fast-paced environment

Strong commercial acumen, with an understanding of billability, utilisation and budget management

The ability to prioritise and re-prioritise quickly in response to changing briefs, shifting timelines and emerging business needs

Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across Creative, Account Service and external partners

A proactive, solutions-focused mindset. Able to anticipate bottlenecks, manage pressure and problem-solve in real time

High levels of adaptability and resilience, thriving in a dynamic environment where speed, flexibility and responsiveness are essential
