Szukamy duetu, który nie musi już nikomu udowadniać, że „umie w reklamę”, bo ich portfolio robi to za nich. Szukamy osób Kreatywnych, które czują się pewnie, prowadząc kampanie o skali ogólnopolskiej i wiedzą, jak zarządzać energią pomysłu od pierwszego slajdu w prezentacji po najmniejszą taktyczną egzekucję. To miejsce dla pary, która chce opiekować się dużą wiodącą marką od największych kampanii, po bieżącą komunikację.

Wasz zakres i wpływ:

• Tworzenie flagowych kampanii dla kluczowych marek z portfolio agencji.

• Strategiczne podejście do kreacji – budowanie idei i umiejętne egzekwowanie jej niezależnie od formatu.

• Pełna odpowiedzialność za jakość kreatywną i wizualną projektów – od ideacji do egzekucji.

• Partnerstwo dla strategii i client service’u w poszukiwaniu rozwiązań, które przesuwają granice briefu.

• Mentoring i inspirowanie młodszych zespołów.

• Inicjowanie i realizacja projektów proaktywnych z dużym potencjałem festiwalowym.

Kogo szukamy:

• Pracujecie jako team i macie min. 4-8 lat doświadczenia w czołowych agencjach kreatywnych.

• Macie w portfolio solidne, nagradzane case studies dla marek blue-chip.

• Copy: Mistrz storytellingu i konceptu, który potrafi sprzedać ideę jednym zdaniem.

• Art: Wizjoner z obsesją na punkcie craftu, który wie, jak zarządzać estetyką dużego brandu.

• Potraficie z łatwością prezentować swoje pomysły zarówno przed Dyrektorem Kreatywnym jak i przed zarządami dużych korporacji.

• Jesteście na bieżąco z technologią (AI, tech-driven creative), ale traktujecie ją jako narzędzie do opowiadania lepszych historii.

• Możecie pracować z naszego biura na Pradze Północ co najmniej 2 dni w tygodniu.

• Angielski to u Was standard – pracujemy na materiałach i dla klientów globalnych.
