About the Role

R/GA is searching for a creative team - Art Director & Copywriter - who together deliver world-class ideas that push the boundaries of creativity. You’re fluent in concepting as a team and collaborating with others. You know how to turn insights into powerful ideas and bring them to life through impeccable craft, whether in words, visuals, or integrated experiences.

You’re big on big ideas, comfortable selling them to clients. You're endlessly curious, inventive, and at ease working across formats, channels, and technologies.

Our creative teams think broadly—about culture, behavior, platforms, and emerging tech. They craft brand stories and systems, and connect people with brands through work that’s original, unexpected, strategic, and always on brand.

On any given day you might

- Concept and collaborate as a team (AD + CW) and with other creatives including designers, strategists, creative directors, technologists, and project managers..

- Develop campaign platforms and translate them into integrated executions across channels—film, social, digital ecosystems, product experiences, activations, content, and more.

- Craft world-class copy (CW) and world-class visual expressions (AD): from headlines and scripts to design systems, art direction, and layouts.

- Explore and apply new technologies, from AI tools to emerging platforms, in the service of idea development and execution.

- Work closely with creative leadership from the NY office to ensure concepts are on brand and strategically grounded.

- Partner with project managers to ensure deliverables are on time, on budget, and aligned with client expectations.

- Present ideas to clients at all levels with clarity, conviction, and a strong creative point of view.

- Guide and mentor junior talent, fostering a collaborative and high-performing creative culture.

The Ideal Team

- A portfolio demonstrating conceptual strength and the ability to produce innovative, award-winning work across channels.

- Work that shows outstanding craft—writing craft (CW) and design/visual craft (AD).

- Curiosity, passion for digital media, and an interest in emerging tech such as AI, platform innovation, and new creative tools.

- The ability to juggle multiple projects and maintain quality under pressure.

- Strong collaboration and communication skills—able to accept feedback, iterate, and elevate ideas together.

- A desire to build brands, solve business problems creatively, and produce work that earns attention and results.

- Marketing sense and an understanding of how campaign platforms work across systems and touchpoints.

You Bring

- A portfolio showcasing stories + systems thinking and strong idea-to-execution capabilities.

- 3 to 6 years of experience working at world-class agencies and/or on global brands.

- Ability to collaborate seamlessly across departments (strategy, tech, PM, production, media).

- Fluency with writing tools (CW) and design/execution platforms (AD).

- Strong ideation and presentation skills that convince, sell, and inspire.

- Proficiency in English (written & verbal).

- Academic background in Advertising, Communications, Design, Copywriting, or equivalent experience.
