Quick summary: We’re seeking an experienced Creative Strategist to own and elevate Sintra’s entire creative process across paid channels. You’ll blend structure with performance insight, organizing workflows, briefing creative talent, and continuously refining output based on what drives measurable results. This is a hands-on, strategic role for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity, consumer psychology, and performance marketing.

What you'll do

• Organize and manage the entire creative process from ideation to final delivery.

• Brief copywriters, video editors, designers, and UGC creators with clear, insight-driven direction.

• Sign off on final creatives and deliver approved assets to the ad buying team with clear testing angles.

• Run structured creative testing frameworks to identify winning concepts and scalable ideas.

• Analyze creative performance metrics (CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS), identify what worked and what didn’t, and provide clear direction to the respective team members.

• Own final quality control of messaging and creatives to ensure performance and brand alignment.

• (Growth path) Lead a creative team as we expand.

Who we're looking for

• 3–5+ years in creative strategy, performance marketing, or paid social roles.

• Proven record of driving performance through creative direction across Meta, TikTok, or Google.

• Strong analytical mindset - you understand CTR, CVR, CPA, and ROAS and use data to guide creative decisions.

• Skilled in briefing and collaborating with copywriters, designers, editors, and UGC creators.

• Strong hands-on copywriting ability, able to write high-performing hooks, scripts, and ad copy when needed.

• Deep understanding of what makes ads convert - hooks, emotions, storytelling structure, and platform-native formats.

• Highly organized, with the ability to bring clarity and structure to the creative process.

• (Bonus) Experience building creative systems or managing a creative team.

Salary range: €4,500 - 6,000/month gross, depending on experience.
