Job Summary

We are hiring a Creative Strategist for a full-time remote role supporting fast-scaling digital brands. This is an evergreen position designed for long-term growth, with the opportunity to expand into senior leadership or mentor future strategists as the team scales.

As a Creative Strategist, you will lead the development of high-converting campaign concepts, messaging frameworks, and creative direction across paid and organic channels. You will collaborate with performance marketers, media buyers, designers, and copywriters to build data-driven creative strategies that drive revenue, customer acquisition, and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop full-funnel creative strategies aligned with revenue and acquisition targets

• Generate compelling hooks, messaging angles, and offer positioning
• Partner with media buyers to test, iterate, and scale winning creatives

• Maintain brand consistency while adapting messaging for different audience segments
• Identify emerging trends and platform opportunities across Meta, Google, TikTok, and LinkedIn

Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in creative strategy, performance marketing, or digital growth roles
• Proven experience supporting paid media campaigns with measurable ROI
• Strong understanding of direct response marketing and consumer psychology
• Experience writing or directing high-converting ad creatives and scripts
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance reports
• Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a remote team
• Highly organised with strong time management and project ownership
• Nice to have: Experience in a digital agency.
