MISSION
Develop the creative concept, tone of voice, and ideas that drive the brand’s content across all social channels, ensuring that every piece is rooted in a clear strategic intent and relevant to the current cultural context. This role will work closely with the Social Media Manager, designers, and content creators to craft strong, consistent, and audience-relevant messaging.
JOB FUNCTIONS
• Lead weekly creative briefings with the design and production teams
• Develop social-first content concepts, including formats, narratives, campaign ideas, and activations
• Write copy for all formats, including posts, Reels, Stories, short-form video scripts, paid media, and activations
• Identify trends on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts and turn them into actionable ideas for the brand
• Approve the tone and concept of each asset before it moves into design or production
• Write scripts for Content Creators and lead recording briefings
• Create and maintain the brand’s voice and tone guidelines for social media
• Develop Always-On creative territories and propose seasonal activations
• Collaborate on copy development for digital paid media campaigns
