Job Overview:

This is one of the most important roles in the organization.
As a Creative Strategist, you sit at the intersection of data, creative, paid media, and ecommerce. Your role is to identify what creative is working, why it’s working, and what should be built next—then translate those insights into clear, executable direction for the team.

You will analyze performance across paid ads, TikTok affiliate content, and marketplaces, identify patterns and growth opportunities, and develop creative concepts, hooks, and angles that drive results. You’ll collaborate closely with Media Buying, Video Editing, Graphic Design, and TikTok Affiliate teams to ensure creative output is intentional, aligned, and continuously improving.

This is a highly cross-functional, high-impact role requiring equal comfort with performance data analysis and creative direction.

Responsibilities:

Creative Intelligence & Insight

• Analyze performance data across paid ads, TikTok Shop, affiliates, and ecommerce funnels
• Identify winning hooks, angles, formats, and narratives
• Understand why certain creatives work and how to replicate or evolve them
• Translate performance data into clear creative insights and next steps

Creative Strategy & Direction

• Develop creative concepts, frameworks, and testing roadmaps
• Define hooks, messaging angles, formats, and content styles
• Provide clear creative briefs and direction to Video Editors and Graphic Designers
• Ensure creative output is aligned with growth goals, not just aesthetics

Paid Media & Performance Alignment

• Work closely with Media Buyers to interpret Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other platform data
• Identify creative gaps and opportunities based on performance trends
• Help determine new angles, offers, and narratives to test
• Maintain congruency between ads, landing pages, and on-site experiences

TikTok Affiliate & Creator Enablement

• Collaborate with the TikTok Affiliate Manager to guide creator content
• Define content types, hooks, and styles affiliates should produce
• Create simple frameworks and examples to improve creator hit rate
• Adapt creative strategy quickly based on creator performance and trends

Landing Pages & Funnel Congruency

• Help shape landing pages and PDPs to match ad messaging
• Ensure message consistency from ad → click → purchase
• Partner with CRO and design teams to improve conversion through alignment
• Identify when new landing pages or funnel adjustments are needed

Brand & Marketplace Creative

• Support creative strategy for Amazon listings, product pages, and brand assets
• Balance performance-driven creative with brand consistency
• Ensure creative systems scale across channels without fragmentation


Requirements:
Must-Have:

• Experience working in performance-driven DTC ecommerce
• Strong understanding of paid media performance metrics and creative analysis
• Ability to read ad platform data and extract meaningful insights
• Experience developing creative strategy for ads, affiliates, and ecommerce
• Strong communication skills and ability to guide cross-functional teams
• Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
