The AI Creative Services Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the complete delivery process of our Do-For-You (DFY) creative services.
This position operates at the crossroads of creative excellence, AI-driven production, and customer success. You will serve as the quality control lead for asset creation, ensuring the production of high-quality, personalized catalogues at scale, while also supporting client renewals and growth initiatives.
Your role involves developing a reliable and high-standard AI-powered creative delivery system.

Responsibilities:
Creative Quality Control & Standards
• Take ownership of final quality control for all client-facing creative materials (product visuals, catalogues, campaign assets)
• Establish category-specific quality standards for Furniture, Home Decor, Gifting, and Apparel
• Create and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for creative evaluation and grading
• Maintain brand consistency, alignment, and ensure commercial readiness of outputs
• Minimize rework cycles and enhance first-pass approval rates
AI-Enabled Production Management
• Focus on aesthetic guidelines, brand-specific details, and prompt optimization
• Design structured workflows to enable scalable catalogue production
• Enhance generation quality by refining prompts, templates, and quality assurance processes
• Monitor production speed and turnaround times
Personalized Catalogue Creation at Scale
• Lead the development of customized sample catalogues for prospects and trial users
• Collaborate closely with Sales to tailor assets to Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs)
• Develop repeatable frameworks and templates to accelerate turnaround
• Deliver impactful creative outputs during trial phases to boost conversion rates
Client-Facing Ownership
• Serve as the main point of contact for DFY client delivery
• Facilitate onboarding and creative alignment meetings
• Convert client briefs into well-structured internal execution plans
• Efficiently manage feedback cycles and revisions
• Consistently ensure clients perceive strong value from the services
Process & Metrics Ownership
Define and monitor key performance indicators, including:
• Quality score of outputs
• Turnaround time
• First-pass approval rate
• Renewal rate among DFY clients
• Gross margin of DFY services
Continuously refine systems to enhance scalability and efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
• At least 1 year of experience in creative production, studio operations, or agency delivery
• Strong expertise in product photography, catalogue production, or e-commerce content
• Excellent aesthetic judgment and meticulous attention to detail
• Comfortable working with international clients
• Highly organized, process-oriented, and documentation-focused
• A strong sense of ownership
Nice to Have
• Experience using AI-powered creative tools
• Background in Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) or marketplace-driven brands
• Exposure to categories such as Furniture, Home Decor, Apparel, or Lifestyle
• Experience in both client servicing and creative production roles
