Job Overview:
Our client is seeking an experienced Creative Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end execution of creative initiatives across the business. In this role, you will act as the bridge between creative teams, stakeholders, and cross-functional partners, ensuring that all creative projects are delivered on time and at a high standard.

You will manage project intake, timelines, resource allocation, and workflow optimization while maintaining clear communication across teams. This role is ideal for someone highly organized who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys bringing structure and clarity to complex creative workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end execution of all creative projects, from intake and briefing to delivery and final approvals
• Review project briefs, define timelines and milestones, and ensure all necessary stakeholders are involved in the review process
• Manage resource allocation across the creative team, ensuring the right designers, copywriters, and editors are assigned to the appropriate projects
• Oversee and maintain project workflows within Asana, translating briefs into structured and actionable project plans
• Act as the primary point of contact between creative teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth collaboration
• Manage project timelines, scheduling reviews, coordinating feedback, and providing status updates to stakeholders
• Monitor team bandwidth and adjust priorities or resources as needed to meet business deadlines
• Identify and remove project blockers while proactively managing risks that could impact timelines or delivery
• Continuously improve creative workflows and processes to increase efficiency and quality across projects
• Review incoming creative requests to ensure briefs are clear, complete, and actionable before execution begins

Requirements:
Must-Have:

• 4+ years of experience in project management within a creative, marketing, or design environment
• Experience managing multiple creative projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Strong experience with project management tools (preferably Asana)
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage timelines, priorities, and cross-functional collaboration effectively

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience working in a startup or early-stage company environment
• Familiarity with creative teams including designers, copywriters, and video editors
• Experience optimizing workflows or improving project management systems
• Proficiency with Slack and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
