Description

The Creative Project Lead will be responsible for overseeing the creation and execution of multimedia content, managing freelancers and editors, and driving marketing initiatives to position our brand among Mid-Market businesses in Latin America. This role involves leading projects that enhance our brand’s reach and experimenting with alternative go-to-market strategies. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a passion for creativity, experimentation, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end creation and editing of videos and other multimedia content.
• Manage freelancers, editors, and other creative contributors to ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs.
• Develop and execute strategies to enhance brand positioning and reach among Mid-Market businesses for a B2B AI company.
• Design and manage side projects aimed at improving marketing expenditures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design pieces, social media campaigns, and marketing initiatives with business goals.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Creative Project Lead or in a similar role within marketing, video production, or social media management.
• Strong skills in video creation and editing, as well as managing creative teams (freelancers, editors, etc.).
• Interest in B2B marketing and understanding of AI/SaaS industries.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
