Our client is seeking a Senior Creative Performance Strategist who thrives at the intersection of creative thinking, data, and performance marketing. This role owns the creative strategy behind our paid media and social commerce engine.

You will develop winning angles, messaging, hooks, and testing frameworks that drive scalable performance across TikTok, Meta, YouTube, and emerging social platforms. Creative production and editing will be handled by creators and editors. Your role is to design the strategy, concepts, and testing roadmap that drives revenue growth. The ideal candidate deeply understands how beauty products win on social platforms and knows how to translate insights into high-performing direct response creative.

Creative Strategy & Performance Advertising: Develop and lead creative strategies for high-performing direct response campaigns.

Responsibilities include:

• Creating performance-driven creative strategies for Meta, TikTok, and other paid channels
• Developing messaging, hooks, and angles that drive clicks and conversions
• Designing creative concepts across different customer personas and funnel stages
• Turning product features and benefits into compelling performance creative
• The goal is to consistently produce creatives that drive CAC efficiency and scalable growth.

Creative Testing Framework

Build and manage a structured creative testing system.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing weekly creative testing roadmaps
• Launching high volumes of new creative concepts and variations
• Testing different hooks, formats, offers, and messaging angles
• Rapidly identifying winning creative and scaling it across channels
• The focus is on building a high-velocity creative testing engine.

Market, Consumer & Competitor Research

Use insights and data to inform creative direction.

Responsibilities include:

• Studying beauty trends, TikTok formats, and creator content styles
• Analyzing competitor ads and creative strategies
• Identifying emerging angles and storytelling opportunities
• Translating customer feedback and reviews into new creative ideas
• This ensures creative strategies remain relevant, differentiated, and performance-focused

Creator & Content Collaboration

Work closely with creators and editors to bring creative concepts to life.

Responsibilities include:

• Writing clear, creative briefs for creators and editors
• Guiding hooks, story structure, and visual direction
• Reviewing creator content and optimizing concepts for performance
• Helping scale winning creator content through paid amplification
• The goal is to produce authentic creator-style content that converts.

Data Driven Creative Optimization

Use performance data to continuously improve creative output.

Responsibilities include:

• Monitoring key metrics such as CTR, hook rate, CPA, and ROAS
• Identifying patterns across winning creatives
• Feeding insights back into the testing roadmap
• Continuously refining messaging and creative frameworks.
• The focus is on ensuring the creative strategy is driven by real performance data

AI & Creative Production Tools

Explore and implement emerging tools that improve creative production and testing.

Responsibilities include:

• Using AI tools to accelerate ideation, scripting, and research
• Leveraging technology to scale content production
• Identifying tools that help generate creative variations faster
• Improving workflows between strategists, creators, and editors
• The goal is to increase creative output velocity without sacrificing quality.


Requirements:
• 4 to 6 years of experience in creative strategy, performance marketing, or growth marketing
• Strong understanding of TikTok and Meta creative ecosystems
• Experience developing direct response creative that drives measurable results
• Ability to translate data into actionable creative insights
• Strong understanding of creator-style content and social commerce
• Experience working with creators, editors, and media buyers
• Highly analytical with strong creative instincts

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in beauty, skincare, or lifestyle DTC brands
• Experience scaling paid social creative at meaningful spend levels
• Familiarity with TikTok Shop and creator-led commerce
• Experience building structured creative testing frameworks
