Creative Operations Manager

The Role

In this role, you'll orchestrate the creative engine powering our social strategy across six European markets. Your workflows, systems, and performance intelligence will determine how fast we iterate, how much we test, and ultimately, how much we win, contributing to our ongoing efforts to drive business success and enhance customer satisfaction.

What you’ll do

• Design SLA-driven approval workflows

• Build centralised asset repository with version control and compliance tracking

• Create weekly dashboards linking creative performance to ROAS

• Coordinate with local teams across six markets on localization and execution

• Manage vendor relationships and optimize production costs (currently inefficient by 15-20%)

• Eliminate fragmented asset storage (Slack, email, drives) and version control chaos

What you’ll bring

• 2-3 years in creative operations, production management, or equivalent

• Track record optimising workflows at scale with measurable impact

• Understanding of performance marketing and how creative drives results

• Comfort with marketing ops tools (asset management, project management, BI platforms)

• Experience managing distributed, multicultural teams
