This is a hands-on creative role. You’ll define how Ostium looks, feels, and shows up - to traders, partners, and the world.

What You’ll Own

• Brand design: clarity, sophistication, and consistency across every touchpoint

• Short-form video: tight, confident storytelling - no AI slop

• Merch & objects: physical pieces people actually keep

• Events & experiences: IRL touchpoints that feel intentional and elevated

• Creative surprises: gifts, collateral, and ideas that build loyalty
