How you’ll make a difference
• Own the day-to-day leadership of the ANZ creative function, guiding a talented team across ANZ to deliver consistent, high-quality brand and creative outputs aligned to regional and enterprise priorities.
• Bring campaigns to life - from BAU brand activity and toolkit governance through to marketing campaigns, bids, and client-facing materials that make an impact.
• Serve as the creative hub for the business, partnering with Marketing Managers, bid teams, and business line leads to translate briefs into compelling multi-channel content across digital, print, social, and video.
• Drive operational rhythm within the team, managing workflows, resourcing, and delivery schedules while embedding structured processes that raise the bar on quality and efficiency.
• Champion the adoption of modern creative tools and AI workflows, staying ahead of industry trends to continuously evolve how the team works and delivers.
 
The qualities that help you thrive

• Extensive brand, design, or creative services, with hands-on experience leading teams and delivering across multiple creative disciplines including graphic design, animation, motion graphics, and video.
• A natural collaborator and communicator who builds strong relationships across all levels of a business and knows how to turn a stakeholder's vision into a creative reality.
• Equally comfortable getting into the detail as you are stepping back to lead - balancing creative quality with operational discipline comes naturally to you.
• Solutions-focused, adaptable under pressure, and driven by a genuine passion for delivering work that is both on-brand and outstanding.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and comfortable working within global brand frameworks and corporate governance structures.
Please note, this role can be located in Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane
