RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS

Candidates are welcome who are interested in gaining special creative experience in purpose-driven consulting at BrightHouse e.g. as a compulsory internship or as a working student. There will be the opportunity to focus on either design or creative art direction. We’re looking for an enthusiastic student or graduate (f, m, x) who is interested in

A degree in design, brand, or advertising related fields

A publicly accessible portfolio as website or pdf file

Support thinking up big ideas to drive impact in the business world

Concepting disruptive things that have the power to change organisations

Create compelling PowerPoint slides for our teams that tell our stories to clients

Eagerness to learn an augment workflow with tools like MidJourney and ChatGPT for image and video creation

Ability to use and enhance editable mockup templates for up ad-like objects

Working together with strategy team to develop insights

Developing conceptual, visual solutions for complex problems

Potential to translate insights into creative work

Openness to creative direction and understands the power of the team to plus an idea, a design, and then enhance the final output

PowerPoint Skills are essential

Skills working with AI such as ChatGPT, and image creation

Ability to work independently to some degree as well as in a team

Bring the right level of flexibility, team spirit as well as professionalism and work ethic
for our environment

Adobe CC skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and AfterEffects, Premiere, and/or Final Cut Pro skills would be a plus

Living in the world of digital, social, and mobile

Fluent English skills mandatory as we work and collaborate in English, German language skills are a plus
