Creative Execution
• Drive the creative development of campaigns, photoshoots, and content creation across all channels (social, paid, DTC, trade, email, OOH).
• Collaborate with designers, freelancers, and agency partners to deliver best-in-class creative assets.
• Lead the charge in spotting cultural shifts and creative trends, ensuring David’s work stays fresh, relevant, and inspiring.
Continuous Storytelling & Maintaining Cultural Relevance
• Champion storytelling that resonates emotionally with consumers and builds long-term brand equity.
• Develop creative concepts that communicate David’s mission and distinct point of view through every expression of the brand.
Cross Functional Collaboration
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing/Growth, Customer Experience, R&D, Supply Chain, and Retail teams to bring ideas to life and ensure creative alignment.
Requirements:
• 8+ years of creative experience, with at least 2 years in a Creative Director or senior leadership role
• Experience building brands at a high-growth CPG, DTC, or lifestyle brand (bonus if it’s in fashion, beauty, food, beverage, wellness, or performance)
• Strong, proven conceptual thinking and executional craft across visual, copy, and content, including both brand and growth-oriented marketing
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, lean environment with high creative and execution standards
• Proficient in and familiar with tools like Figma, Adobe, and video editing basics
• A sharp eye for design and an intuitive sense of what makes a brand resonate
• Must have a portfolio of work demonstrating campaign thinking, brand development, and execution across formats
• Deep rolodex of photographers, directors, stylists, editors, and production vendors in NYC and LA
