About the Role
We’re looking for a Creative Designer with a strong foundation in graphic design to create high-quality, visually engaging learning experiences. This is a hands-on role where you will apply design fundamentals to eLearning, video, and interactive media.

You’ll work closely with Instructional Designers and developers to translate concepts into clear, effective, and visually compelling digital content. Strong skills in layout, typography, color, and composition are essential.

What You’ll Do

• Design visually strong eLearning assets including WBTs, infographics, microlearning, and simulations

• Apply graphic design fundamentals to create clear, engaging, and consistent learner experiences

• Create instructional and explainer videos with animation, audio, and branded visuals

• Develop templates and themes in Articulate Storyline and Rise 360

• Translate storyboards and scripts into polished visual designs

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design with learning goals

• Apply accessibility (WCAG) and responsive design principles

• Manage multiple tasks while maintaining high quality and attention to detail
