Job Title: Creative Designer (InHouse) – iGaming

We are seeking an in-house Creative Designer to lead and maintain our visual identity across marketing, sales, and internal communications. The role focuses on delivering consistent, high-quality creative assets aligned with brand standards and business objectives. You will work closely with marketing, sales, and management teams, transforming concepts into polished, production-ready materials.

Key Responsibilities

Design and maintain LinkedIn visual content (posts, banners, campaign materials)

Create sales and management presentations, including:

Branded templates

Custom decks for commercial and internal use

Develop and maintain brand templates for:

PowerPoint / Google Slides

One-pagers

Internal documents

Produce short animated videos and motion graphics, primarily for:

Conference and event invitations

Event promotions

Product and brand introductions

Design corporate communications, including:

Holiday greetings

Conference invitations

Internal events and announcements

Ensure visual and brand consistency across all materials
(colors, typography, layout, and tone)

Qualifications & Experience:

3–5 years of professional experience in graphic design, visual design, or a similar role

Strong understanding of branding, layout, and visual communication

Hands-on experience with:

Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and/or Premiere Pro)

Figma

Presentation tools (PowerPoint, Google Slides)

Experience using AI-powered design tools to improve efficiency and creative output

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Experience collaborating with business stakeholders (marketing, sales, management)

Ability to turn high-level ideas into complete, production-ready assets
