What we are looking for

As a Creative Design Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading the Sportsbook design team and owning the end-to-end creative delivery across campaigns, product launches, and brand communications.

What you will work on

• Own the end-to-end creative delivery within a fast-paced iGaming environment, ensuring high-quality execution and timely delivery across all projects
• Lead and manage the Sportsbook design team, setting clear creative standards and ensuring visual consistency across Sportsbook and corporate communications
• Oversee creative workflows and priorities, maintaining clarity and strong decision-making during high-pressure periods, campaigns, and live launches
• Review, guide, and elevate creative output to ensure alignment with brand guidelines, performance objectives, and regulatory requirements
• Ensure smooth and efficient creative delivery across multiple markets and verticals
• Develop and evolve visual concepts for Sportsbook promotions, product launches, brand partnerships, and key brand initiatives
• Deliver multi-channel creative assets across digital, social, CRM, OOH, and print channels
• Translate marketing and product strategies into impactful visual concepts that drive engagement and acquisition
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Content, Product, UI/UX, Motion, and CRM teams to support campaign ideation and execution
• Act as a key creative point of reference throughout campaign planning, execution, and optimization
• Contribute hands-on to high-visibility and priority creative projects when required

What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field

• 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with senior-level responsibility and experience leading or mentoring a design team
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality, performance-driven creative work across digital, campaign, social, corporate, and print formats
• Strong conceptual thinking with a digital-first, performance-oriented mindset
• Solid understanding of brand consistency and scalability within competitive, regulated environments
• Hands-on leadership approach, leading by example and actively contributing to creative output
• Ability to manage multiple projects across different markets while maintaining high creative standards
• Strong communication skills, with confidence in presenting and defending creative decisions
• Advanced expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and strong proficiency in Figma
• Working knowledge of AI-powered design tools and emerging creative technologies
• Good understanding of digital design trends within tech, iGaming, or performance-driven environments, and the ability to apply them strategically
• Experience working in iGaming, betting, gaming, or other performance-driven digital industries will be considered a plus
• Basic understanding of motion or animated content and familiarity with design systems will be considered an advantage
