Who We're Looking For:
We’re seeking a strategic and dynamic Creative Delivery Manager to support a top-tier B2B client in the tech space. This role will be instrumental in driving operational excellence across multi-market initiatives and providing strategic support to senior stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings clarity to complexity, applies structured thinking to delivery, and builds trusted relationships that keep workstreams moving forward.
What's The Objective:
Drive transformative impact in the tech space by leading creative initiatives from vision to execution. As a strategic and operational partner to senior stakeholders, you will champion innovation, orchestrate cross-functional collaboration, and ensure the seamless delivery of high-value solutions that accelerate business growth and elevate client success.
What You'll Be Doing:
• Lead end-to-end delivery of initiatives across EMEA, working closely with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Oversee the full delivery lifecycle from initiation to completion, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
• Develop and manage scopes, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with internal teams, ensuring SLAs and quality benchmarks are met.Manage the production and execution of content across various formats (copy, articles, emails, social assets, print assets, websites, campaigns, presentations, e-books, videos).
• Participate in client meetings, contribute to agenda discussions, and support alignment on objectives, priorities, and next steps.
• Maintain stakeholder alignment through regular updates, clear documentation, and collaborative planning.
• Monitor progress and performance across workstreams, escalating risks and resolving issues proactively.
What You'll Need:
• University degree in business, marketing, or a relevant field.
• 3-5 years of proven experience in managing creative delivery or client-facing operations within fast-paced, evolving environments.
• Highly curious, collaborative, and detail-oriented, with exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to use analytics and data to inform storytelling, drive decision-making, and influence leadership.
• Highly organized, effective communicator.
• Ability to navigate strong collaboration between people, processes, and systems.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
• High level of compliance with company rules & processes, e.g. personal data protection and brand guidelines.
• Strong collaboration/team player skills with talent to establish working relations with culturally diverse internal and external partners.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience using AI tools to support content planning, creation, and workflow efficiency.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
