🎯 The Role:

Less Excel, More CapCut. Are you obsessed with your FYP? Do you watch viral videos and immediately deconstruct why they worked? We are looking for a Creative Content Creator & Strategist to become the engine of our TikTok Shop US and Meta Ads growth..

This is a hybrid "Maker + Strategist" role. We need a creative who is comfortable shooting with an iPhone and appearing on camera as the face of the brand (The Creator), but who also understands performance data to direct external agencies and define what we should produce next (The Strategist).

Your Mission: To produce high-converting "Winning Ads" at speed. You will balance 80% practical execution (shooting/acting/editing) with 20% strategic management (coordinating external UGC agencies and analyzing performance).

What You’ll Do (The Day-to-Day):

• Be the "Face" of the Brand (US Market): You will comfortably appear on camera to record hooks, product demos, and skits in fluent, native-level English.
• Agile Production: Shoot and edit daily video assets using tools like CapCut or Premiere. Speed is key—you’ll turn trends into ads in hours, not days.
• Creative Strategy & Trend Jacking: Monitor the TikTok Creative Center and US Trends daily. You won't just copy trends; you will strategize how to adapt them to our brand to drive sales.
• Direct & Polish External Content: You won't just forward emails. You will receive raw footage from influencers/agencies and "remix" it—changing music, tightening cuts, or adding new hooks based on your strategic analysis.
• Analyze & Iterate: You understand that a "good" video is one that sells. You’ll look at performance data (Thumbstop Ratio, CTR, ROAS) to decide the creative angle for the next batch of ads.

Who You Are:

• A Storyteller with a "Mac" Vibe: You have a great eye for aesthetics, lighting, and visual composition.
• Bilingual Pro: Your written and spoken English is impeccable. You understand US slang and culture deeply.
• Tech-Agile: You live in CapCut, TikTok, and Instagram Reels. You don’t need a film crew; you need a ring light and your phone.
• Organized Creative: You can manage your own production schedule while coordinating deadlines with 3-4 external agencies without losing your mind.
• Portfolio is King: You have a link to show us vertical videos you have filmed and edited yourself.

1. Practical Execution: Filming, Editing & Remixing (The "Maker" - 80%)

• Shoot & Edit Daily (In-House): Produce high-impact vertical video assets (TikTok/Reels) daily using agile tools like CapCut. You are responsible for the entire creation loop: scripting, filming, lighting, and editing.
• Polishing & Remixing (External Assets): You are the "hands-on" editor for incoming content. You will take raw footage from agencies/influencers and re-edit it (add hooks, change music, tighten cuts) to ensure it converts. This is an editing task, not a management task.
• On-Camera Talent: Act as the primary face of the brand for the US market. You will star in hooks, product demos, unboxings, and skits, communicating with native-level English fluency.
• Trend Jacking: Execute "trend-jacking" videos within hours of identifying a viral opportunity.

2. Strategic Management & Coordination (The "Strategist" - 20%)

• Data-Driven Strategy: Analyze performance metrics (Thumbstop Ratio, CTR, ROAS) to decide what to shoot next. You translate data into creative concepts.
• External Workflow Coordination: Manage the deadlines and delivery flow of external agencies and UGC creators, ensuring they have clear briefs based on your strategy.


Requirements:
• Experience: 3+ years of demonstrable experience in Digital Content Creation, Creative Strategy, or Social Media Production within e-commerce, advertising agencies, or related industries.
• Language: Native or Bilingual English (C2) is mandatory. You must be able to write native US copy and speak fluently on camera without hesitation.
• Technical Mastery: Advanced proficiency in mobile video editing (CapCut is essential) and desktop software. You must be able to edit fast.
• Portfolio: A link to a portfolio, TikTok, or Instagram handle featuring vertical video content filmed and edited by you is required to apply.
• Strategic Knowledge: Solid understanding of Social Commerce and Paid Media metrics (e.g., you know what a "Hook," "CTR," and "ROAS" are and how to influence them visually).
• On-Camera Comfort: Willingness and confidence to appear in videos as the face of the brand.
