Creative AI Specialist

We’re looking for a Creative AI Specialist for LTX Studio’s Creative-Tech team - a hands-on creator who is a domain expert with a professional background in one or more of 3D, animation, VFX/compositing, CGI, and FX & simulations, with strong visual taste and a high bar for quality.

They should be tech-savvy, comfortable experimenting with AI video/image generation tools and LLM-driven workflows, and able to use AI coding tools to build prototypes and user-facing interfaces - and at times production-ready features. The role involves owning projects end-to-end (0→1), translating ideas into working demos and workflows, and collaborating closely with researchers, developers, and product managers to ship outcomes that improve creator workflows and help shape future product capabilities. Bonus points for experience with ComfyUI, and for staying current with new models and techniques in the AI creator community.

About the team

The team focuses on art direction, prompt architecture, and technical experimentation, bridging the gap between creative design and AI tool development inside LTX Studio platform.

Its responsibilities include feature development, testing generative models, building LLM-driven systems for visual generation, and defining visual presets, using the team creative background to bring out-of-the-box thinking and artistic perspective to technical features and innovation.

What you will be doing

• Own visual quality and creative evaluation across image or video domains within LTX Studio

• Lead AI Evaluation & AI Creation efforts – testing new generative models, benchmarking outputs, identifying strengths and limitations

• Build POCs using AI coding tools and vibe coding methodologies

• Translate innovation ideas into demos, workflows, and product features (0→1 ownership)

• Develop and refine prompt engineering systems, including prompt enhancement logic and structured generation rules

• Improve and iterate on existing product features related to visual generation

• Collaborate closely with PMs, developers, researchers, and cross-functional teams

• Participate in feature ideation and bring creative-first thinking into technical product discussions

• Help define visual presets, output standards, and quality benchmarks

• Continuously explore emerging tools, models, and techniques in the AI creator ecosystem

Your skills and experience

• 4+ years of professional experience in 3D, animation (2D/3D), VFX, compositing, CGI, or related creative production environments

• Strong visual judgment and refined design taste, with the ability to critically evaluate and select high-quality visual outputs

• Hands-on experience experimenting with AI-based creative tools (image/video generation, LLM workflows, etc.)

• Strong affinity for technology and AI: comfortable experimenting independently and not AI-averse

• Experience working in creative studios, post-production houses, or similar production environments

• Ability to own projects end-to-end and translate ideas into working demos, workflows, and features

• Comfort operating in a fast-evolving, ambiguous environment where responsibilities may evolve

• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work closely with PMs, developers, and researchers

• Experience with ComfyUI, Cursor, Claude, AI Studio, or similar tools - advantage

• Experience with vibe coding and building lightweight prototypes or internal tools - advantage

• Active engagement with the AI creator community and staying up to date with emerging models and techniques
